Tiffany Ballenger Floyd

Tiffany Ballenger Floyd, Esq. serves as Of Counsel at Oshins & Associates, LLC.  She is also the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Phillips Ballenger, PLLC. Tiffany has practiced exclusively in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and asset protection since the inception of her legal career.

A Los Angeles native, Tiffany received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003 and earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2007.  She has been selected to the Mountain States’ Super Lawyers for Estate Planning & Probate from 2018 – 2021 and was named as a Super Lawyer’s “Rising Star” from 2015 – 2017.  Tiffany has been named a “Top Lawyer” by multiple publishers including MyVegas Magazine (Las Vegas’s Top 100 Lawyers, 2019), Nevada Business Magazine (2015-2016); Legal Network (2015-2016); and Desert Companion Magazine (2014), as well as being honored with Avvo’s Client’s Choice Award for Estate Planning Attorneys.  

Tiffany has several publications to her credit and speaks frequently on legal issues, both locally and on the national stage. She has been featured as a legal analyst on the Fox News channel and has been interviewed as a legal authority by national publications, including The Trace and Women’s Health magazine.

Tiffany is active in the community as a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Pro Bono Children’s Attorney Project, which provides legal representation to children in the foster care system and was appointed to serve as the Attorney Representative for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program by the Supreme Court of Nevada.  Tiffany has been a member of Wealth Counsel since 2007 and she conceptualized and founded their Women in Estate Planning forum, with the goal of fostering support and knowledge-sharing with the other women in her field.

Tiffany was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 2007 and to the State Bar of Nevada in June of 2008.
